SolConnect: Powering the Future

About this event

SolConnect is a 5 week project where you will have the chance to form and design an actual solar powered phone charger. This event is in collaboration with Enactus and Resus, where their committee will personally be providing aid within the soldering workshops and be apart of the judging panel. 

This is a brilliant opportunity to:

- build skills for your CV, including CAD, coding, teamwork, public speaking and more
- gain hands on experience soldering in the workshops and building a charger from scratch
- give back to the community (part of the profit will be donated to charity)
- have a chance of winning the monetary prize
